"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step"  - Lao Tzu

Being a dedicated long-distance runner, I've always had a profound connection with my body, attuned to the flow of energy within. I deeply admire the equilibrium and reverence for nature ingrained in Asian culture. Chinese Medicine, in particular, resonates with me as it harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit together, attributing meaning and explanation to every facet of our existence, through our unique bodily cues.

This fascination led me to embark on a journey in 2005, delving into the study of Acupuncture in Paris, France, following numerous enriching expeditions across Asia. I specialized in Five Elements Acupuncture and cosmetic acupuncture, honing my skills in France. My passion for herbs led me to explore their properties through both Eastern and Western perspectives, delving into Chinese Pharmacopeia, medical aromatherapy, and Western herbology. In the Chinese tradition, herbs possess inherent energies capable of harmonizing our body chemistry and restoring balance where needed.

In 2015, I relocated to the United States with the aim of advancing my studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. During my time here, I found great fulfillment working in integrative medical facilities such as The Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center in Burbank, Being Alive! in West Hollywood (a clinic specializing in HIV care), and the Venice Family Clinic in Santa Monica. Additionally, I expanded my expertise in sports and pain management through roles within chiropractic integrative clinics located in Orange County.

Alongside my Eastern curriculum, I passionately acquired proficiency in Western medical methodologies. My emphasis was on holistic nutrition, delving deeply into functional medicine through specialized medical coursework ( Apex seminars and various nutrition degrees), including earning a micronutrition degree in France at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Strasbourg (France) with high honors.

Within my Functional Medicine practice, I construct personalized nutrition and supplement regimens by analyzing blood, hair, and stool tests. This approach aims to assist patients in restoring their equilibrium at the root. As Hippocrates famously stated, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."
