I began studying acupuncture in Paris in 2004 with Jean Motte, whose training connects directly to a foundational lineage of classical acupuncture in France. Motte studied under Jean‑Louis Blard, who himself trained with Charles Laville‑Méry, one of the pioneering French acupuncturists to bring classical Chinese acupuncture to Europe.

Laville‑Méry first studied in China in the 1930s and later trained intensively between 1950 and 1954 with masters in Hong Kong and Taipei, Taiwan, including Maître Chen and Maître Wu Wei Ping. In these centers, the oldest classical acupuncture practices were preserved, focusing on energetic balance, specific point selection, and refined diagnostic techniques. At the same time, acupuncture in mainland China was being changed by political reforms in the 1950s, forming what later became the modern Traditional Chinese Medicine system widely practiced today.

Returning to France, Laville‑Méry carried this precious ancestral tradition with him, becoming known for his refined diagnostic methods, careful observation, and deep understanding of classical theory. He trained a generation of French acupuncturists committed to preserving this approach, including Jean‑Louis Blard, who emphasized technical skill, sensitivity to subtle physiological responses, and individualized treatment, blending classical principles with careful clinical practiceJean Motte studied directly with J-L. Blard, absorbing the lineage’s principles, and it is from Jean Motte that I received my foundational trainingIn acupuncture, tradition matters. My patients often notice a difference in my care — shaped by those unique classical techniques and diagnostic precision.

In 2015, I relocated to the United States to expand my training in modern TCM and integrate science-based perspectives through Functional Medicine, gaining experience in multidisciplinary and integrative medical settings (pain and anxiety clinics, a cancer treatment center, an HIV+support clinic, and integrative chiropractic clinics) .

My approach now reflects this unique French acupuncture lineage blended with modern TCM, combining classical acupuncture principles with classical Five Elements theory (not Worsley-style), the dimension of mind, body, and spirit, and a contemporary understanding of herbs, functional medicine, nutrition, and coaching. This combination shapes every part of my clinical work.

Over two decades, my clinical practice has focused on supporting patients with pain, autoimmune disorders, digestive and gastrointestinal conditions, hormonal imbalances, and complex metabolic dysfunctions, with treatments adapted to each individuals.

Herbal medicine remains a central part of my practice. I draw from the Eastern Chinese Pharmacopeia, complemented by Western botanical medicine and medical aromatherapy, creating strategies that support both energetic balance and physiological function.

My training in functional medicine in the US and in micronutrition in France informs individualized, science-based approaches, integrating laboratory prescription or analysis, nutritional support, and targeted supplementation when appropriate.

More recently, I have incorporated integrated frequency, using sound and vibrational therapies alongside acupuncture to enhance nervous system regulation and promote deep relaxation.

At Source Point Wellness in Los Angeles, each session is designed to meet your own unique and specific needs.

Restoring balance is a gentle, respectful process, guided by awareness, helping you align your habits and choices with your well-being.
